Customer Service LCL Operations

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Processing of export documentations.
• Review, process, and confirm customer documentation:

1. Key in doc style
2. Chase S.I & draft BL for confirmation.
3. Do Invoicing.
4. Print BL & invoice once VSL sail.

• Communicate with ECU-Line customers to insure they receive the proper documentation in a timely.
• Entry & correction of data and technical concerns in regards to all parts of the export processes; such as tariff, bill of ladings, receipts.
• Liaise with carrier to ensure master bill of loading is tally with the shipping instruction provided.
• Issuing payment voucher to shipping line with the rate quoted upon booking.
• Sent pre alert to agent.
• Create DN/CN to agent.
• Closing file
