Job Responsibility - Data Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases, ensuring all information is current and complete.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, follow up on tasks, and provide excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Towing Coordination: Handle and monitor towing assignments, claims notifications, and acceptance of claims offers.
- Database Management: Check and update database systems of the company to ensure task completion and accuracy.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, schedule appointments, coordinate and prepare meeting materials, and record minutes.
- Document Handling: Manage document and clerical duties for marking jobs, including issuing invoices and quotations.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, messages, and manage correspondence to maintain clear communication channels.
- Training Coordination: Supervise, train, and support staff, coordinate training sessions, and maintain training records.
- Office Efficiency: Coordinate office activities, secure compliance with SOPs, policies, and objectives.
- Problem Solving: Resolve administrative and operational problems, supporting managers and team members as needed.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative coordination, customer support, or related roles.
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage in presentations.Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
