Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending general inquiries, complaints, comments, and feedback from customers via live chat, phone, and email
• Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional matter to customers.
• Respond to all customers’ requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Document call center processes and FAQs, and work on continuous process improvement.
• Manage feedback or complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve issues
• Tracking and documenting customer data and service issues
• Exceed customers’ expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Able to work in the morning shift. 
• Good listening, interpersonal, organizational skills & customer service orientation
• Adaptability, initiative & stress tolerance
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent telephone etiquette
• Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Melayu/ English
• Motivated, driven, and energetic work ethic
• Strength in communication and competence in consulting and giving accurate directions to customers.
• Positive and serving attitude, professionalism, patience, friendliness, and engagement toward customers
