JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the customer service team in providing exceptional service across various channels such as online, email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist the development and implementation customer service policies, procedures, and standards to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively resolving escalated customer issues to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, share insights, and contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Support the manager by assisting with regular training and coaching sessions for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and maintain consistency in service delivery.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, offering helpful information and guidance to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions and enhancing their overall experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Customer Service specifically within the e-commerce industry, familiarity with the consumer protection laws, clear understanding of dispute resolution processes,
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin with strong language skills both written and verbal.
