Job Description

Customer Service Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and best-in-class customer services to QEL Customers through effective planning, coordination and management.

• To have the mind-set and attitude that Customer Service is a key differentiator of our business. Manage day-to-day activities and to support as well as provide guidance to their peers

• Dealing with local & overseas customers for export and import shipments.

• Liaise with warehouse, vendors for shipment update and movement.

• Preparing shipment documents as Bill of lading, invoices, customs documents and etc.

• Data key-in to system (in house system, carrier system and agents system)

• Willing to accept any task assigned by management from time to time.
