Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Representative

Working with an industry market leader and alongside a highly dedicated team, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for promotion and sale of Crown's Overhaul trucks, HD Battery and Preventative Maintenance Program services.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
Pro-actively seek out sales opportunities in our overhaul trucks and HD battery
Work closely with area supervisor to ensure all repair jobs are promptly carried out in accordance with quotation terms and conditions
Work closely with suppliers on pricing, stock availability of battery to ensure satisfactory completion of sales with customer
To be actively involved in generating new PMP sales by visiting customers on a regular basis to promote Crown PMP and ensure customers are aware of all products and services offered.
To resolve all issues pertaining to job card coding, chargeable labour, estimates/completed quotation and to obtain PO from customers.
Follow-up on renewal contracts with existing customers and to pro-actively pursue for new leads/ businesses in our products and services/programs for new sales.
Responsible for updating and reporting to Service Management on all sales orders/movements.
To perform standby duty weekly to support our technicians and customers after office hours.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with 2 – 4 years hands-on experience in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services and Customer Service
Preferably Junior Executive
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
