MYEG Services Berhad is looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining customer records and updating information as necessary - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills - Must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Motivated to exceed customer expectations - Ability to work remotely and stay organized in a virtual work environment
