Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Telekom Malaysia Berhad. This is a remote work position based in Kuala Lumpur, MY, offering a fulltime opportunity at the entry-level seniority with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping them navigate our products and services. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed. 5.
