Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Success Manager at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our customers. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and challenges - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and upsell opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of problems - Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and usage - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Provide product training and demonstrations to customers as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of managing customer accounts and driving customer success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once - Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Reliable and dedicated work ethic
