Job Description:
QSR Brands is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer support or related roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and driven to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they provide high-quality service to our customers. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Develop and maintain customer support processes and procedures to streamline operations. 7. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team. 4. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Drive to continuously innovate and improve customer support processes. 6. Analytical skills to interpret customer data and metrics. 7.
