Job Description:


SIRIM Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for our remote work team based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support questions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting - Driven and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong cooperation and time management skills - Prior experience in a customer support role is required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred
