Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist at Perodua, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat - Providing timely and accurate information to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality - Excellent communication skills - Strong adaptability to changing customer needs and situations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
