Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

As a Customer Support Specialist at UMW Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional remote customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and needs

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and driven personality - Strong communication skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Comfortable working in a remote setting - Knowledge of customer service best practices and tools - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
