Job Responsibility

Market Research and Analysis: Understanding target audiences, industry trends, and competitor dynamics through market surveys, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
Strategy Development: Crafting digital marketing strategies including goal setting, positioning, audience segmentation, content strategy, and channel selection.
Content Creation and Management: Producing engaging content such as articles, videos, images, and managing its distribution and updates.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing websites and content to improve rankings in search engines and increase organic traffic.
Social Media Marketing: Planning and executing marketing campaigns on social media platforms(Facebook, Xiaohongshu, tiktok, google, Instagram) engaging with audiences, and increasing brand exposure and user engagement.
Content Marketing: Utilizing content to attract, educate, and motivate audiences, driving them through the purchase funnel.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, evaluating ROI through data reports, and adjusting strategies and optimizing activities accordingly.
Mobile Marketing: Crafting marketing strategies tailored for mobile device users, including in-app advertising, SMS marketing, etc.
Online Advertising: Placing ads online including banner ads, video ads, native ads, etc., to attract target audiences.
Customer Relationship Management ( RM): Managing customer databases, tracking customer interactions, and providing personalized marketing and service experiences.

Job Requirements Required skills and qualifications

Educational Background: bachelor's degree or above, in related fields such as Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, etc.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with commonly used digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, etc., and basic data analysis skills.
Creativity: Strong creative and content creation skills, capable of producing engaging ad copy, graphics, videos, etc.
Communication Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and external partners.
Teamwork: Strong teamwork spirit, able to coordinate and collaborate with different departments and teams to achieve common marketing goals.
