Full job description

• Responsible for the delivery of the annual business plan in order to generate positive operations cashflow to be reinvested in the provision of high quality services to our customers.
• Lead the business operational aspects of ongoing operations and sales strategy.
• Ensure that the performance of the Freight Management Services, Branch Operations and Customer Relations Management are efficient, effective and delivered within budget.
• Ensure that the performance of the Sales Teams is efficient, effective and delivered as per budget.
• Ensure that company priorities and requirements are delivered, both within and outside the organisation, professional and exampler services in support of the company’s status as a reputable supply chain service provider.
• To contribute to the development of company strategies through a thorough, current understanding of the local and national policy context, local competitive forces and local business opportunities including new sources of sustainable funding.
• Identifies business operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results. Investigating complaints and suggestions. Interviewing process supervisors and operators. Completing troubleshooting procedures.
• Identifies business operational priorities by assessing operational objectives, sales target and market outreach.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Economics/CIT/Advance Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in senior management positions
• Highly motivated and able to work well under pressure
• Good in communication and negotiation skills
• Good leadership quality
• Well versed with ISO 9001 requirements.
