About your role

• To liaise with suppliers and ensure deliverables are done within requirements
• To produce proposals and carry out research
• To carry out concept development and idea creation
• To be well aware of overall progress for each job
• To carry out event execution and management
• To lead the event team which is tasked with a particular project
• To help ensure jobs are done within deadlines
• To assist in ensuring all team members and crew are well briefed for an event
• To be able to work outside working hours when required by the demands of the job.
• To carry out client liaison with the Company's clients.
• Adhere to project deadlines and ensure projects are delivered promptly.
• Maintain good relationships with clients in the interest of the Company.
• Keeping up to date with current trends and industry best practices.
