Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential new customers through market research, prospecting, and outreach efforts. Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert leads into paying customers. Including conducting product demos and presentations.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain clients. Proactively identify at-risk clients and implement retention initiatives to prevent churn and ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track and analyze key customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention metrics. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a similar role, including a track record of acquiring new customers.
  • Experience in the event industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and prospects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focusing on finding solutions to client challenges.
