Farmstay Butler Customer Service Representative

5.5 working days per week or flexi hour (44-45 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- receiving booking enquiry
- ⁠assist customer with any requirements, pre-arrange for their stay
- work closely with farm owner for any customize booking based on customer’s special requirements
- ⁠provide quotation to customer
- ⁠coordinate with the housekeeping & resort team based on customer’s requirements and prepare for their stay
- ⁠check-in / check-out customer
- ⁠standby for customer throughout their stay
- ⁠routine check with the maintenance team on the facilities
- ⁠receiving review from customer and feedback to the team for encouragement / improvement

Requirements:
- preferably physically fit individuals 
- ⁠at least 3 years experience in customer service 
- ⁠fluent in English & Mandarin
- ⁠able to work during weekend / public holiday
- able to work flexibly according to booking date
- ⁠able to cope with any ad hoc
- ⁠flexible in any situation
- ⁠capable in handling complaints
- ⁠good manners to customer at all time
- ⁠have good leadership to work with the team in order to provide good hospitality to customers
- ⁠able to stay in farm area during the week of work
- ⁠love nature, practice healthy lifestyle, eco friendly are bonus to this job
- ⁠own transport is needed
