Haleon is focusing on introducing streamlined and simplified processes and ways of working, increased automation and placing work in regional and global hubs to build resiliency, capacity, and capability in the organization to focus on delivering Everyday Health with Humanity.
We are on a multi-year journey to move into functional shared services and are laying the foundations for a potential future business services model.
This role will be reporting to the HR Director - Business Services. You will partner to deliver business strategy through an understanding of the global business services, drivers, concerns & requirements, to shape the transformation journey. To deliver the HR Strategy based on the business services roadmap for the shared services which will play a critical role in meeting business needs, while establishing the shared services as a great place to work with industry-leading talent that delivers global enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
You will ensure to leverage consolidated capabilities, create a compelling place to work that is attractive and develop talent and that the organization delivers on the financial and effectiveness goals. Take direct accountability for HR leadership for the shared services and will work across the business and functional matrix to shape and execute plans to bring multiple functions into a functional shared services model. Responsible for integrating the people and organization plans each function has developed and enable the scaling of the shared services to industry benchmarks.
