Lead, Data Analyst

Position: Lead, Data Analyst

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Azure applications and infrastructure alerts, and reacting quickly
• Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat product issues
• Taking ownership and responding to open support tickets
• Closing open support tickets by adhering to the production support service level agreements

Requirements and Qualification:

• Have experience in Azure SQL, ADF, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Python
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
• At least 5 - 7 years working experience in Application Support for Databases, prefer with min 1 year experience as Lead
