Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant. This is a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. We are looking for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services. 4. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Monitor chat performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay current on company products, services, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and independent personality traits. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think critically and make strategic decisions. 4. Excellent typing skills and proficiency in multitasking. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Knowledge of customer service best practices. 8. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
