Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer for remote work at SIRIM Berhad. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer support through live chat, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also be tasked with identifying trends in customer inquiries and providing valuable feedback to improve our services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Strategic planning abilities - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Previous customer service experience is a plus - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
