Job Description:
Petron Malaysia is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Representative to join our remote team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat. 2. Engaging with customers to provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 4. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer service standards. 5. Tracking and documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to customer issues. 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
