Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team at PPB Group Berhad. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through live chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in improving live chat processes and procedures

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Resourceful and independent problem-solving abilities - Creativity in engaging with customers - Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Proficiency with computer and internet applications - Comfortable working remotely and independently
