Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is an entry-level position with 1 year of experience required.

As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our live chat platform. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to assist customers effectively. In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner through live chat - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
