We are looking for a candidate who can lead the market insights arm of CARRO, who has a passion towards in-depth data analysis, deriving customer journey and funnel management projects and adds value through actionable insights. This role will be a regional role, supporting leadership teams across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore.

About your role

• Drive data driven insight and foresight within the company and work closely with Data Analyst to prepare visualization to support business decision making
• Business Acumen: Understands direct and inverse relationships between key business metrics and is able to interpret metrics and financial data
• Manage and drive strategy projects to improve business metrics, able to scope projects, manage multiple, active workstreams, and meet deadline
• Establishes productive working relationships with immediate working team through to senior leadership across all regions
• Ability to identify problems, generate solutions, and recommend solutions and trade-offs
• Communicates clear and concise thoughts, both verbally and written, and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in Consumer & Market Insights / strategy / consulting / analytical / project management roles; experience in e-commerce, Start-ups or Unicorns or entrepreneur experience preferred
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Analytical mindset with ability to present data in a structured and informative way
• Articulate and able make impactful presentations and influence an audience
• Hand-on experience with SQL/PostgreSQL/Tableau Experience is a plus
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can align business objectives with product priorities
