Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Attend training and review sessions for continuous self development
• Identify customers' needs and wants.
• Recommend and match customer needs.
• Build excellence relationship with customers for potential cross sell and up sell.
• Manage clients portfolio.
• Recruit and build your own sales team.
• Leading the team together with company direction. 

Requirements:

• Only MALAYSIAN applicants.
• Preferably Diploma and above qualifications.
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience.
• Have own transport.
• Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service focus.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
• Basic administration skills.
