Requirements :

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Have own transport and able to go outstation.
• Remuneration package : Basic salary + Allowance.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage employees of retail sales, admin & warehouse in Johor area.
• Assist and monitor retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong communication.
• Provide support for Exhibition and roadshow when required
• Carry out after-sales-service
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock as well as monthly stock report.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train employees and handle employees' diciplinary issue.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
• Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Have own transport and able to go outstation.
• Remuneration package : Basic salary + Allowance + Bonus.
