Role Description

1. Planning – Assist Management in developing the marketing plan targeting both prescribers and consumers/patients. Participate in medical communication for MGRC's immunotherapy products. Assist with market research including identifying and accessing relevant data sources and assisting with marketing analytics.

2. Stakeholder Communications - Develop clinically strategies and plans to position MGRC's products in current medical practice. Lead interactions with academic thought leaders, investigators, cooperative groups, and other clinical stakeholders. Represent MGRC in interacting with external audiences, including the medical and regulatory communities, as well as life science industry collaborators/partners.

3. Regulatory Compliance – Review the product's CMC/Pre-clinical/Clinical data and assist in drafting and filing documentation for submission to regulatory and ethics committees and other authorities. Orchestrate and manage strategies and interactions with Regulatory, ethics, and other authorities.

4. Review Patients for Treatment Eligibility – Received referrals of patients from prescribers. Treating physicians or sales agents, and evaluating patients' disease and baseline clinical status, and determine patient is suitable to undergo treatment using MGRC's products.

5. Internal Clinical Support – Coordinate with treating physicians and MGRC's Cell Production Lab team on lab testing for patients' baseline assessment, scheduling for apheresis, conditioning/bridging chemotherapy prior to treatment and delivery and dosing of therapy.

6. Physician Clinical Support – Work with treating physicians in monitoring and managing patients post-treatment, and evaluating patients' tumour response to treatment. For treating physicians new to MGRC's products, participate in clinical management of the patient and treating the adverse effects.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and valid professional license
• Experience in medical affairs / business development would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach
• Demonstrate problem solving skills including taking ownership to ensure timely resolution.
• Strong sense of urgency and details oriented.
• Ability to execute in an environment under time and resource pressures albeit multiple projects running simultaneously.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
