Penerangan Pekerjaan - Operation Coordinator

Job Responsibility

Generate daily planning and change from time to time.
Deliver and collect rental car according to the planning.
Coordinate maintenance schedule, road tax and insurance.
Checking parking summon and traffic summon.
Provide outstanding customer service , take photo and get customer to drop positive feedback at facebook fan page, pilot trust or google business page.
Check carefully on car condition/damage and ensure features of the car are operational all the time.
To ensure work area always clean.
To ensure all fleet are always clean and smell good before deliver to new customer.
To ensure all receipt in place for any claim otherwise will not claimable.

Job Requirements

Have valid driving license.
Location home address near Miri airport area.
Experience in Microsoft Excell & Word.
Experience in customer service.
Be able to carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assignment by management whether to work days, night, weekend and holidays.
