Position Description: . This role is to provide application support and maintenance services to our client.
. Work includes handling incoming issues from users, supporting other service delivery
areas with system/database competence, developing or supporting the development
of new technical solutions and improving the current services.
. This role requires installation and configuration of the application, diagnosis of
application faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the
phone or email communication.
. The candidate is expected to work on shifts/weekends/public holidays, when
applicable.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Comply with security policies and procedures of our client.
. Responsive to the issues and ensure SLA is met.
. Professional interaction with stakeholders.
. Ensure services delivered with quality.
. Foster knowledge sharing with team members.
. Maintain support documentation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Degree or Diploma in an IT Technology discipline.
. Working experience of 2-5 years as application/operation support.
. Some background in software development/testing/deployment
. Experience in supporting mission critical transaction system
. Knowledge and understanding of payment gateway
. Experience in Java Language Programming
. Must be able to work on shift including weekends/public holidays.
. Fresh graduates are encoraged to apply
Technical Skills:
. Basic SQL command and familiar with ORACLE database.
. Programming Language (Java, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, XML, JSON, Groovy).
Soft Skills:
. Highly motivated team player and eager to learn new applications.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Commitment to delivery, flexible and worked in a multinational environment.
. Strong analytical / troubleshooting skills.
