Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage operations and floors, achieve performance goals, determine required staff and materials
2. Formulate work schedules, control personnel and approve overtime, promote improvement activities, and reduce operating costs.
3. Supervise the Purchasing Department, be responsible for floor purchases, and reduce purchase costs
4. Supervise and improve service management measures to achieve the purpose of service management and reduce customer complaints to ensure the normal operation of the floor process
5. Review floor equipment and maintenance
6. Review receipt, shipment, inventory, etc.
7. Participate in the marketing department to continuously improve service quality and marketing
8. To ensure the implementation and compliance of hygiene, cleanliness and safety regulations and measures on the floor
9. Follow up daily and weekly floor reports, compare each goal to achieve higher goals
10. Supervise and review the performance of employees to cultivate, develop and grow people
11. Participate in management meetings and implement management's requirements on operations.
Education level
Secondary education, diploma or degree
Experience
At least eight years of relevant work experience, five years of supervisory skills and management experience
Language ability
Read and write in three languages, English, Malay and Mandarin
Skills
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Other Requirements
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
