Payment Operation Project

Job Description:

• Execute end-to-end payment process for online and offline method for local/Overseas KOL partners
• Communicate effectively, collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including SEA finance, Graphic Design and Key Account Management
• Regularly monitor Tax Invoice collection performance to meet target collection rates
• Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
• Provide clear answers and queries each partner may have along with affiliate Key Account Managers
• Prepare pay-out reports for local tax filing on a routine basis

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years working experience in marketing communications, or related roles
• Experienced with detailed operational work customer service related experience would be a plus
• Strong project management, interpersonal, communication skills and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Good problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude
