Job Responsibility

Responsible for raising Purchase Requisition
Data entry and filing paperwork (Managing documents & files)
Prepares required procurement reports
Maintain records related to job assigned
Providing customer service (Handling external & internal communication – staff &
suppliers)
Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information and quotation
Performed multifaceted general office support.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be fluent in Mandarin as this role requires liaising with Mandarin speaking suppliers
and colleagues to complete daily tasks.
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Full-Time position(s) available.
