Job Description :

- Manages projects by customer account basis covering global manufacturing sites to achieve customer-required business performance, such as product quality goals, shipment fulfillment targets and to manage Customer communication for ensuring Customer satisfaction

- The Manager must have quality communication contact window to customer for manufacturing quality related issues and acts as a representative of customer to monitor product quality to meet/exceed Customer’s expectation

- Identify individual and team’s strengths and development needs and create training curriculum in area of responsibility.

- Respond to customer’ complaint and lead team in problem solving and quality improvement plan.

- Assign daily/weekly/monthly tasks to team members and supervise the completion of each tasks.

- Develop and Promote QMS awareness requirements throughout organization.

- Creates quality improvement programs across functional areas to maintain quality awareness among employees.

- To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

- Prepare quality and other reports required by customer and follow up until issue closure.

- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supplier quality engineering, preferably in Electronics manufacturing.

- Experience in Product/Customer/Retail Quality Management NPI/Sustaining/Service/Supplier

- Statistical Tools -Design of Experiments, CQE/CQM, FMEA,Six Sigma, GRR and SPC.
