Position: Online Customer Service Junior Executive – Absolute Vision

We are looking for a Customer Service Exec who will be responsible to serve customers via live chat and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires interaction with customers by different language, most often with product enquiry, delivery enquiry & after sales. We are seeking multilingual and good communication skills candidate.

What you will be doing:

  • Attend to day-to-day customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, online chat, etc.
  • Assisting customers with the ordering process, including order placement, cancellations, returns and refund etc.
  • Resolving all issues related to customer's order including shipping delay, damaged items etc. and offer solutions that align with company policies & customer satisfaction.
  • Handle shipping fee overcharge issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams special order arrangements & track customer payment records.
  • Ensure online store ratings and reviews are in good performance.
  • Update customer with the latest and upcoming events campaigns, vouchers & discounts to improve customer retention and conversion.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and complaints, and provide feedback to cross-functional teams to improve products, services, and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, and participate in training and development activities as required.
  • Able to assist on any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

  • Candidates good in 3 different languages will be preferred as candidate has to deal with different customers who speak different languages.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Entry level position, training provided, talents with no experience are welcome.
  • Possess good manner when replying to chat
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.

  • Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Saturday - Work From Home (9am - 1pm)
