Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, with excellent persuasion and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing account support to clients remotely, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Managing and maintaining client accounts, including updating information and processing transactions. 3. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 4. Assisting in the development of account management strategies and plans. 5. Generating reports and analyzing data to track account performance and identify trends. 6. Communicating with clients via phone, email, and other channels to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Providing administrative support to the account management team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in account support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment preferred.
