Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Assistant to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with key clients - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients - Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support - Monitor account activities and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to track account performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and think creatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
