Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Maxis Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services - Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Proactively address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner - Analyze client data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and achieve revenue targets - Prepare regular reports and updates on account status and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as an Account Support Manager or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Excellent planning and decision-making skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
