Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and driving growth within your assigned accounts.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives - Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients - Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive customer retention - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product offerings, updates, and industry trends - Proactively address client concerns and escalations, working to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in account management or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs - Excellent presentation skills - Hardworking and reliable, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
