Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Account Support Officer at SIRIM Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients remotely. Your primary duties will include managing client accounts, resolving account issues, answering client inquiries, and providing support on SIRIM's products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure timely responses to client inquiries - Address and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product and service information to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs and objectives - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments - Provide feedback on ways to improve customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities - Leadership skills and creativity in problem-solving
