Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Gamuda Berhad is seeking an entry-level Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time work from home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and possess strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
