Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and adaptable Account Support Specialist to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to our clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct research to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to support the account management team - Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to better serve our clients - Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service

Requirements: - Adaptable and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues - Excellent research abilities to gather information and solve problems - Proven experience in account management or customer support roles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
