Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and independent Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues - Provide information about products and services - Process customer orders and resolve billing issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Cooperation and analysis skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
