Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is currently seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in George Town, Penang. As an entry level position, no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, have excellent time management skills, and possess creativity.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or issues - Make outbound calls to conduct surveys or follow up with customers - Input and update customer information in the database - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or problems - Work closely with other team members to meet performance goals - Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenging situations

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
