Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Call Center Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience. 8. Meet and exceed productivity and quality goals set by the company. 9. Continuously learn and adapt to changes in products, services, and customer support techniques.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Passion for providing top-notch customer service. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
