Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Associate to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Providing information about products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues. 4. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. 6. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. 7. Meeting customer service targets and goals. 8. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong decision-making and project management skills. 5. Adaptable and reliable personality traits. 6. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
