Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Call Center Associate to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 6. Meet or exceed call volume and quality metrics. 7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with customers. 5. High energy level and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
