Call Center Associate

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a reliable and dedicated Call Center Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this full-time position at the Associate level, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or gather feedback - Resolving customer complaints and escalating to management if necessary - Inputting customer information into the database accurately - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting and exceeding performance targets and quotas - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers with patience - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus - Cooperative attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong people management skills to handle various customer personalities and situations
