Penerangan Pekerjaan - Call Center Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a Call Center Associate to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to promote products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding solutions. 4. Providing accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 5. Processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges. 6. Maintaining customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions. 7. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery. 8. Adhering to company guidelines and procedures to ensure quality service is provided at all times.


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. - Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent communication skills. - Creative problem solver with strong decision-making abilities. - Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. - Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of calls. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
